Computerised Accounting Systems
  1. .................. ................................. ............................... ................................. ....................
    1. When using computerised accounting systems you have the capability to easily edit and distribute information and data. This aids the business as it makes dealing with data easy. However computer systems come with several issues. Two of these issues are an expensive set up cost as well as the potential of the data getting lost due to computer problems. On the other hand, using manual systems requires next to nothing of set up costs and also more protection from your data going missing as it is only accessible to you not anyone on the internet. Despite these benefits manual systems require a lot of physical storage and are very hard to edit once made. After evaluating noth options i conclude that computerised systems are the most suitable choice due to the fact you have the power to easily edit any data without having to recall and redo all the documents and it is also easy to send data out to a lot of people without spending time and money on the basic distribution.
