  • Maintenance rehearsal- repeating info over and over to maintain in STM
  • Chunking- Organizing items into meaningful events
  • Retrospective memory- the content to be remembered (ppl, words, events, ect.) is in the past
  • Prospective memory- the content to be remembered is in the future. (ex dr appt tomorrow)
