Julius Caesar
  1. Brutus was Julius Caesar's best friend, but he then conspires to kill Caesar, he literally stabs him in the back. Eventually does not like Caesar.
    1. Portia is Brutus's wife. She is not in a lot fo the story because she is a women, but she does show that Brutus should not keep secrets from her. Who Portia like other than her husband is not said in the story.
    2. Antony is a close friend of Caesar's and does what he asks. He of course does not want to go along with the conspirators and stay out of it. Then when Caesar dies he takes it as an opportunity to try to take power.
      1. Calphurnia is Julius Caesar's wife. At the end of the story she begs him to stay home because she dreams he will die. Caesar goes anyway so he does not look like a coward.
        1. Cassius is head of the group out to kill Caesar, he resents the way Caesar is treated like a God. He is also responsible for convincing Brutus to join the group. Does not like Caesar.
          1. Casca is a Roman conspirator who takes part in Caesar's assassination. Does not like Caesar.
            1. Octavius is Julius Caesar's adopted son.He returns to Rome when Caesar is assassinated and joins forces with Antony against the conspirators.
              1. Soothsayer speaks one of the most famous lines in the whole play, "Beware of the Ides of March. A warning to Caesar of his death. We can assume he probably cares for Caesar because he does try to warn him.
                1. Cinna (the Conspirator) schemes with Cassius about how to get Brutus to join the conspiracy against Caesar. Does not like Caesar.
                  1. Cinna (the poet) is a guy who is the victim of mistaken identity. He was thought to be Cinna the Conspirator and people wanted him dead. Since he says he is not a conspirator, he may have supported Caesar, but that is not proven.
                    1. Flavius and Murellus are two conspirators that contributed to Caesar's death. Do not like Caesar.
