Not about career planning, about nurturing your passion inside.The Thriving FormulaSpark+3 Champions+OpportunityWhen these things are put together kids thrive...they grow in compassion, dedication, etc.Kids now say only 1/3 of the people in school know what their spark is...in the broad social sense only 25% of their connections know their spark.An Anthem for this idea of The Thriving Formula : "Put me in coach, I'm ready to play...TODAY""You shall know them by their SPARKS" should be our mantra for dealing with young people.Innovation regularly comes from the inside out not the outside in...We should make knowing kids sparks at the forefront of the public school system, and at the head of the family unit.map after school programs against sparks, and map follow up opportunities in line with these sparks
