  1. Wolsey's Political Control
    1. Wolsey was at the very centre of Government
      1. Wolsey was often persided in the Star Chamber Giving Wolsey to show his power
        1. Pagency and display were an important part of Royal Government

            1. Wolsey could assume that the King would agree with him on policies - especially domestic affairs

                    1. 1518 - the Minions were expelled form the court due to bad influence - Wolseys fault

                        1. After the minions were gone Wolsey scrapped the ideas of reform
                          1. In 1520 Henry reinstated the minions and gave them the offiical title - Gentleman of the Privy Chamber
                            1. Council Attendents to the King (20) Wolsey ensured that their work wasn't done near the King

                                1. The nobles reasserted themselves in 1515 and were keen on war

                                                            1. Wolsey introduced the 'Act of Ressumption in 1515 to regain lands for the crown which had earlier been granted awya.
