What do autocratic leaders do? They make all the decisions based on their own instincts and do not confide anyone else. Communication is usually directly between leader and subordinates.
What do Democratic leaders do? They make decisions based on their their employees opinions however their opinion is regarded higher than the employees'.
What do consultatitive leaders do? Their decision is based on everyone's opinion and everyone's opinion is regarded equal.
What do paternalistic leaders do? The base their decisions on the welfare of their subordinates. Their employees tend to be loyal
What do Faire-Laissez leaders do? They do not make any decisions and let their workers to make their decisions and work independently. This leadership tends to unstable.
