Describe two differences between sociological and common sense explanations of human society. One difference between sociological and common sense explanation is that common sense explanation is based on peoples opinions and personal experiences. Whereas, sociological explanation uses theories which are tested through research. Another difference between sociological and common sense explanation is that common sense explanation carries the notion of being 'fact'. Sociological explanation, on the other hand, challenges the assumptions we take for granted as 'fact'.
