A finger scanner which only allows the person who owns it to use the device.  If it isn't the right person then the person should get electricity sent through them.

Put a GPS (Global Positioning System) tracker should be added to your mobile phone. This will allow you to track down your mobile if it gets lost or stolen.

Never let your phone be too far away from you  so it is more difficult for people to steal it without you  noticing it's gone.
