The Circulatory System:The circulatory system is also known as the  cardio vascular system. The essentials components/parts for the cardio vascular system are the heart, blood vessels and blood itself. The blood will travel through two circuits in this system which are called the pulmonary and systemic. While exercising your heart will pump blood faster around the body, which is going to allow you to exercise for a longer period of time. The pulmonary circuit carries blood into the lungs to get the oxygen (get oxygenated)  and then back into the heart. The CO2 in the lungs is been removed from the blood and the oxygen is taken up by the haemoglobin into the red blood cells. The systemic circuit carries blood around the body to deliver the oxygen and return the de-oxygenated blood into the heart. Blood carry nutrients and waste and the oxygen help moving parts of our body.

The Respiratory System:Breathing is something that use natural to us, and we don't think about breathing except if we are out of breath. Respiration is slightly different, where exercise causes muscles to release energy in the form of glucose. Both systems are co-dependent, especially when you’re playing sport and inhaling greater quantities of oxygen.Inhaled air contains:more oxygen used to create energyless carbon dioxide than…Exhaled air which contains: more carbon dioxide produced as a waste product of energy production less oxygen as it has been used in respiration
