Understand your menstrual cycle! Sometimes it’s normal to feel energized and exercise, but other days you can’t be bothered on other days. For women, there is a physiological explanation behind this. Although men’s hormone levels change throughout their lives, they are still fairly stable today. However, women experience fluctuations in the levels of sex hormones every day. Scientists have not yet discovered how the menstrual cycle affects the overall picture of exercise. But we know that due to hormonal fluctuations, the different menstrual cycle stages will affect the metabolism and recovery after exercise, especially for women who participate in endurance activities. Recognising the rise and fall of hormones during the menstrual cycle allows women to adjust their exercise routines and optimize their chances of success in achieving any training or weight loss goals. You will feel normal again when your menstrual period begins because your hormone levels will return to baseline levels. A well-planned diet and exercise plan will allow you to adapt to your cycle, not against it. Even if you do not experience menstrual symptoms often, this is worth considering; anyway, these hormonal changes are happening in your body. Starts by tracking your menstrual cycle. Circle the first and last days of the menstrual period, and calculate the number of days between the first days of two consecutive menstrual periods to determine the length of the period. Or you can choose to use the different apps from the play store. By identifying these menstrual cycle stages, women can better cope with common premenstrual symptoms and achieve their health, training, and weight loss goals.
