How To Make Bread: 1. Place strong white flour, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix2. Rub in margarine3. Add yeast - mix4. Crush Vitamin C tablet into water water, and add to mixing bowl to give a soft dough5. Put dough of floured board knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic6. Divide dough into pieces and make shapes7. Put rolls aside to rise for 10 - 15 minutes8. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes 9. Leave to cool
