It's aim is to create positives for the development, local people, local companies and tourists. It has long last benefits for tourism such as locals, environmental tourism growth and future generations. However there is a lot of conflict over sustainable tourism. Sustainable tourism aims to balance the needs.

Also contains a cafe, a bar (bar rosso), restaurants such as burger king, amusement arcade, information counter, and shops selling novelties, souvenirs and groceries.
              2. Splash Water World
                1. Each resort features a large indoor watermark known as splash water world, containing watersides, spas, wave pool, and a lazy river. There's also a shallow pool area for young children, and sometimes an area for ''serious'' swimming. Skegness and Minehead also have an outdoor toddlers pool.
