4. After the course; join the role of solicitors

Non-graduate route

    1. Only open to mature students and takes longer
Criticisms
1. High financial cost
2. Discriminates against poorer families
  1. Results in large debts before employment
3. 25% of lawyers do not have a law degree
  1. Argued that they do not posses enough knowledge
4. Too many students obtain the LPC who are unable to obtain a training contract
