Having a healthy diet is important
It is the difference between having the energy to retain what you have studied and not
Having a good nights sleep will consolidate what you studied
This will increase your retention and also set you up nicely for the next day too!
Know the layout of the exam
How many questions do you need to answer?
How many sections?
How much time should you allocate to each question
On the day
Have a good breakfast
Arrive early and give yourself plenty of time
Bring water and plenty of stationary and any other supplies you need
Relax, remember to read the questions carefully and plan/outline your answers
The night before!
Ensure you have everything ready for the morning
Relax and sleep easy
Dealing with Stress
It's important not to panic
Keeping a level-head will improve your study and exam prep
Exams are important-- but they are not the most important thing
Don't become a hermit
