          2. Dial Out: Ask for the Name of LEPP, Phone Number, How would the client like to be introduced, If they want to leave a voicemail.
            1. LEP answers: Ask for the LEPP, then provide CL intro , Provide SPA Monitoring Disclaimer, " I am ready for your instructions"
              1. Begin interpreting , Use tools like Repetitions , Clarifications, verifications , and asking for shorter segments if needed.
