1. Las normas de tránsito, de tráfico o de circulación son las normas que regulan la movilidad de cada uno de los actores viales intervinientes en la sociedad.

        Ejecutar procedimiento
        Establecer los motivos de la inmovilización
        Trasladar el vehículo a parqueadero o patios
        Realizar inventario del vehículo
        Diligenciar documentación
        Dejar el vehículo a disposición de autoridad competente
        Solicitar Grúa.
        Entregar copia del comparendo al presunto infractor
        Radicar la orden de comparendo
        Verificar y aprobar inventario inicial.
        Trasladar el vehículo al parqueadero
        nformar cualquier novedad por escrito ante el jefe inmediato
