  1. GRAMMAR
    1. Use SECOND CONDITIONAL for imaginary situations in the present, for present or future situations that are possible, but not likely. You can change the orderof the "if" clause and the main clause. Use "if I were you, I'd..."or" If I was you, I'd..." to give advice.
      1. EXAMPLES: If he didn't play in the orchestra, he wouldn't have so many friends. After all her hard work, if she didn't get a place, her friends would be very surprised. He wouldn't have so many friends if he didn't play in the orchestra. If I were you, I'd try a different instrument.
      2. SUBJECT QUESTIONS. In subject questions, the question word is the subject of the sentece. It isn't followed by do/does/did. OBJECT QUESTIONS. In object questions, the question word is the object of the verb. It is followedby do/ does/did
        1. EXAMPLES: What caused the fire at the theatre? A lamp caused the fire. What did she download? She download Lana del Rey's new album.
      3. VOCABULARY
        1. When you learn a new verb, find other words that go with it.
          1. EXAMPLES: Record a song Interview an actor ...
        2. LANGUAGE
          1. Making suggestions Saying NO politely. Saying yes
            1. EXAMPLES: Why don't we/you...? I'm really sorry, but... That sounds brilliant.
            2. Saying something is/was good. Saying something is/was bad. Making a recommendation.
              1. EXAMPLES: The good thing about the concert/festival was the atmosphere. The sound wasn't good. If you bought/watched/saw this, you'd love it.
