  1. Learning disabilities are problems that affects the brains abilities to receive, process, analyze or store information.
    1. DYSLEXIA
      1. Dyslexia it is a condition that makes it hard to learn to read and to perceive the texts.
        1. The problema in Dyslexia is a linguistic one not a visual or brain one.
          1. Difficulties readind and writing.
            1. Dyslexia is not related to intelligence
              1. People with Dyslexia re more likely to develop inmunological problems
                1. Dyslexia commonly causes difficulties in Word recognition, spelling and decoding.
      2. AUTISM
        1. Refers to a range of conditons chararterized by challenges with social skills repetitive behaviours, speech and non verbal communication
          1. Autism most obvious signs appears between 2 and 3 years old
            1. Authistic people have difficulties with interpreting verbal and non verbal communication
              1. They may find difficult to interpret: facial expressions, tone of voice, jokes and sarcasm
                1. The causes for Autism is still being investigated. Researchs suggest that a combination of factors may account for differences in the development.
                  1. Certain medical and mental health issues frequently accompany autism
        2. DYSPRAXIA
          1. A person with Dyspraxia has problems with movement, coordination, judgement, processing memories and other processing skills
            1. Symptons are evident since an early age.
              1. A diagnosis of Dyspraxia can be made by a phycologyst, and educational physicologyst or an occupational therapist
          2. ADHD
            1. It´s a highly genetic based brain síndrome that has to di with the regulations of a particular set of brain functions and related behaviors
              1. Include importat aspects such as attention, concentration, memory, motivation, and effort learning from mistakes
                1. Research has shown that the most effective treatment for ADHDis a combination of medication and therapy
                  1. Medication serves to manage brain based functions, symptons and therapy adresses daily thoughts behaviors and coping strategies
                    1. there are varios factors that play a role in this síndrome including chemical and structural differences in the brain as well as genetics
                2. ASPERGERS SYNDROM
                  1. People with Asperger syndrome often have difficulties "reading" others. Recognizing and understanding others is not easy for these people
                    1. They may appear insensitive. Seek out time alone when overloaded by other people. Not seek confort from other people.
                      1. They tend to have very repetitive and routine days . Often prefer to have a daily routine and so that they know what is going to happen
                        1. There´s no a cure for Asperger síndrome however there are strategies and approaches which people may find to be helpful
                      2. The causes for Autism are not certain known. But it is not caused by a person´s upbringing their social circunstances and is not the fault of the individual with the condition.
                    2. Down Syndrome
                      1. Genes carry the codes responsable for all the inherent traits and are grouped along rod-like structures called chromosomes
                        1. Down Syndrome appears when there´s an extra chromosome
                          1. The diagnosis for this síndrome is done actually at early ages and also there are several types of tests to diagnosed it.
                            1. A few of the common physical traits of down síndrome are low muscle tone, small stature andupward slant to the eyes.
