    1. Talk about habits and work routines.
      1. I travel on business.
        1. We work long hours.
        2. Add an -s to the verb for he/she/it.
          1. He attends mettings.

                                2. With verbs that describe permanent states.

                                    1. Talk about temporary situations and actions that are happening now.

                                          1. The cost of energy is rising quickly.
                                            1. Costs are lower in Vietnam, so we are moving production here.
                                            2. Formed with be and the -ing form of the main verb.
                                              1. Matti isn't in the office today. He is meeting customers all day.
                                                1. We are building s new factory in Spain.
                                                2. Expressions normally used: At the moment, Every day, Now, Today, This time.
                                                  1. I am walking to work this week.
                                                  2. For verbs ending in -e, take away e ad add -ing.
                                                    1. He is making some coffee.
                                                    2. For verbs ending in consonant + vowel + consonant, double the final consonant and add -ing.

                                                        1. But we don't double the final consonant if it is an unstresses syllable.
