Fundamental attribution error	We tend to overestimate character factors in others and underestimate situational factors. For ourselves and people we care deeply about, the reverse is true(self-serving bias)
Implicit personality theory	Mental catalog of clustered traits, perceiving one trait, activates the rest in the cluster.
Gestalt impression formation	We organize individual traits to form a whole and then make assessments on for overall perception. This perception influences individual traits.
Stereotyping	Can do it inductively (small action, big trait) or deductively (big trait, important action)
Spiral of reciprocal perspectives	Start with a false definition of someone, act toward them on that fallacy, they start to respond, we have created the behavior within them
Pollyanna principle	Optimistic bias in people, rate self above average, overestimate importance of pleasant events, underestimate unpleasant events
