• Gn mesangial: IgA, IgM. • GN membrana-proliferativa o mesangiocapilar. • GN Postestreptocócica o endocapilar difusa. • GN extracapilar.
GLOMERULONEFRITIS NO PROLIFETARIVA
•Nefropatía por cambios mínimos. • Glomeruloesclerosis segmentaria y focal. • GN membranosa o extramembranosa.
GLOBAL: Si la totalidad del ovillo está afectada.
SEGMENTARIO: Sí solo esta una parte del glomérulo.
DIFUSA O GENERALIZADA: Afecta a todos los glomérulos
FOCAL: Si sólo algunos glomérulos están afectados.
MODIFICANTES: Proliferativa, esclerosante y necrosante.(Mal pronóstico).

1. ALTERACIONES URINARIAS Asintomáticas. Hematuria microscópica. y/o proteinuria nunca > 3g/día.
2. HEMATURIA MACROSCÓPICA Sin coágulos coinciden con Infecciones urinarias. Asintomático, Hematuria microscópica. Proteinuria leve – moderada.
3. SÍNDROME NEFRÓTICO Proteinuria > 3,5 g/día con hipoalbuminemia.
4. SÍNDROME NEFRÍTICO AGUDO Oliguria, hematuria, proteinuria < 3g/día ,edema e HTA.
5. GN RÁPIDAMENTE PROGRESIVA Aparición gradual de proteinuria. Hematuria e IR progresa semana o días.
6. GN CRÓNICA Anomalías urinarias persistentes. Deterioro lento y progresivo FR . Proteinuria moderada o intensa.
