Unbalanced diet means an excess or deficiency of dietary part, such as: proteins, fat, carbohydrates, fibres, vitamins, minerals. Eating wrong type of food is potential cause of a dietary imbalance.

    Learners are instructed to use Goconqr tool to write their investigation report about the following subtopics/questions: The investigation is divide into two parts. Part 1: 1. Read the scenario provide and answer the qustions asked by researching more about the diseases found in the scenorio. Part 2: 1.  Research other three types of diseases that are cause by eating unbalanced food and unhealthy food. 2. Is there a way to prevent those  diseases? 3. What it the medication for each disease? 4. Are those diseased curable?  -You must provide a picture for each disease. -End your report by providing a record video explaining why people should eat healthy.   - Your report must look appealing.  Duration: 1 WEEK

Curable? How? Just to name few ways... -Yes, by 1. Swapping refines carb sources for whole grains. 2.  Avoid red meat and opt for lean meat. 3. Load up on seasonal vegetables
