Abuse and Neglect
Abuse ~ something bad for a bad purpose.  Neglect ~ failure to care for properly.    Their are  two types of Abuses: emotional and physical.  Physical Abuse ~ Intentionally causing physical harm to another person. Emotional Abuse ~ the nonphysical mistreatment of a person.   Their are four different types of neglect. Medical ~ Not meeting medical needs of a child. Emotional ~ failure to understand/care how child feels. Educational ~ Not meeting states education requirements.  Physical ~ not meeting needs such as water, food, shelter ect.
