Computers are almost everywhere in our homes and they are there to make life easier. They can be found in vacuum cleaners, televisions, alarm systems and coffee makers. These systems are unable to perform complex tasks. Microprocessors play a huge role in carrying out tasks for home appliances. Things you may not know of have microproccessing units are washing machines, ovens, radios and refrigerators. For example a micro processor in a washing machine makes sure the right amount of water is present at the right temperature. These systems make appliances easier and safer to use because they eliminate human error. Because these computer systems are so small and unnoticeable many people don’t relies that they are there.
