Environment for massage * Clients need to feel safe, confident, relaxed and content to enjoy the treatment * Make sure environment clean and hygiene * Natural daylight is very good for mood enhancement * Correct levels of heating are vital in the salon as temperature has a direct effect on the body * If your treatment room is too hot or too cold the client will feel uncomfortable and will want to leave ASAP! * Make sure the treatment room has calm, relaxing music so the client can enjoy their treatment *It is important that the clients modesty is kept to a high standard so that the client does not feel or get embarrassed also sue to religious purposes * Make sure the room is filled with warm colours, aroma therapy candles and ventilation is placed *No oil spill, no trailing wires, no candles in unnecessary place, for example near the curtains or paper in place
