Due to/owing to/as a consequence of big advances in technology (due to big technological advances) and information spread via social media the developed countries are the main target for those who have only seen human rights through the Internet. As a consequence of that, immigrants who are able to reach safe land are filling up big cities creating a multicultural society. However, what could it be translated as a benefit for everyone, also produces important concerns like the lack of integration. In fact, as a matter of fact, if you consult the meaning of "fusion" in the dictionary, the image of a union appears in your head instantly. However, this is not exactly the vision that we have in the daily news. Because of the language barrier or culture shock people rather than mixing with local people remain around people they know or familiar people, creating thus the opposite of united society. Though some cases exist where both cultures are able to enjoy being together, like the Bollywood Festival in Madrid or the Holi run, unfortunately, they are isolated exceptions. As regards education / concerning education / in terms of education, diversity in classrooms has meant an important concern that it hasn´t been occasionally well treated. Multiculturalism needs more professionals to take care of it / to handle it and moreover well-educated (instruct) educators who are able to reach properly educational goals. In fact, (actually, in reality,) students from different backgrounds without the same culture could bring/give raise / bring about/lead to/cause/contribute to/foster/ a remarkable chance to teach subjects in a more rewarding way as long as (providing/provided that/on condition that)enough resources exist. Listening to, for example, the Chinese custom and traditions from someone whose family comes actually from there target the audience as much as /as well as any textbook or film could ever do it. Any human rights lesson could never be forgotten if the teller is someone who was born with that deprivation. In fact/as a consequence of that/thus diversity forces the history to be reviewed from many different perspectives and not only from a white European point of view. However/nevertheless these are just good intentions because the reality is much further away. Multiculturalism in classrooms is translated into more children with the same staff in charge what it means no time for magistral classes just trying to deal with them. As a consequence of not enough quality time with students, the teacher has no got any other remedy than lowering the general level which/that creates /makes a deficient public institution in favour of private ones. The real challenge will be to invest in public education and reinforce it in order to make sure that we all are able to benefit from it. In regard to /as regards/regarding/ concerning/ with regard to the working environment, multicultural society could be seen as a more competitive context by locals. Nevertheless, we can not forget that they as non-natives have to face others difficulties so, the more people they are the higher standard required. As far as I am concerned it is a fair play where the one who is the best qualified would get the position. On the other hand, diversity is the most valued characteristic in some international companies especially in ones who have creative departments or have to be up-to-date constantly. Referring to(as regards( concerning/regarding/in regard to) this, we have examples such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. where the final product is developed by professionals from different backgrounds in order to test it from different perspectives knowledge, points of view, solutions, designs, translations. In conclusion/On balance/to sum up, I would say that living in a free world where borders have become achievable brings us/ leads us to/fosters/gives rise/contributes/brings about all opportunities which have never been dreamt before. Nevertheless, more resources should be designated so as to encourage people to face multiculturalism as a source of enrichment and not as a matter of misunderstanding.
