Countable A countable noun can be singular or plural For example: I eat a banana every day I like bananas Examples when to use a/an Ann was singing a song It was an accident Can I have a 10 Euro note?

Uncountable An uncountable noun has only one form. Uncountable nouns are things we cannot count Examples There's sand in my shoe Ann was listening to music I have no water You can not say: I want a rice I listen to a music because you can't count rice (realistically) or music.
