  1. PowerPoint
    1. PowerPoint is used for in-person presentations. Use this type of presentation when you will directly present to your audience.
      1. PowerPoint is both easy and hard to learn to use. The basic tool is easy to learn, but to learn to use it well is difficult.
        1. One cool thing about PowerPoint is it works with a lot of other presentation tools, so you can make a basic PowerPoint and upload it to another tool to create a different type of presentation.
        2. Sway
          1. Sway is a new presentation tool. It is moderately easy to learn to use.
            1. To sign in to Sway, go to www.sway.com and sign in just like you do for your Office 365 account.
              1. Sway is a tool that will allow you to upload a plain PowerPoint presentation. It will create a cool presentation for you.
