Entrepreneur Skills
  1. Managing People
    1. This one comes hand in hand with team work there is a difference between a dictatorship and democratic you don't want people to think they are being told what to do all the time and you are just there to make the numbers up, making people feel included will result in a happy workforce and people will want to work for you and do a better job.
    2. Negoitation
      1. Owning this skill can save you a lot of money, especially for new businesses and trying to negoitate with suppliers. With this skill you need to know the difference with getting a good deal and taking the mick
      2. Networking
        1. It's all about who you know, being a good networker equals connections. The people you meet along the way can aid your business in the future with future projects Sometimes it can be better for someone to owe you a favour that money,
        2. Confidence
          1. This is also one of the biggest factors when it comes to being a good entrepreneur. It does nto alkways mean when it comes to meeting people (although this helps massively) but you have got to have confidence in yourself and believe in what you do. If you don't have confidence and believe in yourself why would anyone want to invest and believe in your ideas.
          2. Risk Taking
            1. Be able to take risks is a key skill that all entrepreneurs need to have. This is what separates business men from successful entrepreneurs, it does not always have to be with money and financial risks, deciding to run a risky ad campaign to catch customers eye can make or break a business, not having this skill can leave you stuck in the mud and play it safe, weighing up your options and taking the risk can be the difference between making a living and making millions.
            2. Selling
              1. This should be first nature for any entrepreneur having the confidence and the skill to sell is the first step in making money. If you cant sel with confidence, you're in the wrong business.
              2. Determination
                1. You are going to fail, more than once. A good entrepreneur sees how he failed and works on it and improve they don't just give up they keep fighting and keep working towards their goals.
                2. Creative Thinking
                  1. You can pay people to be creative for you when it comes to fashion and hire designers and what not but being creatve in business is down to you. You need to have a creative vision for your business and be creative with your goals. Having this skill will also have you a lot of money in the long run as you can do a lot of the work yourself instead of hiring third parties to do it for you.,
                  2. Team Work
                    1. Team work makes the dream work. Two minds are better than one, so when making decisions it's always good to set up plans as part of a team or get an outside view. Getting on with the rest of your workforce is important when running a happy business, moral will be up if everybody feels cared for.
