    1. This broad definition covers various aspects of teaching, and there are many moving parts to pedagogy that include teaching styles, feedback, and assessment.

      2. Pedagogy is an art because it includes emotions, abilities, and practice.
        1. EMOTIONS
          1. MEANING :Is a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
            1. in pedagogy emotions are very important because this influences our behavior, and also in the way of doing things in this case teaching, therefore if a person feels safe and loves what he does, these emotions will be transmitted to students and they will feel attracted to learn, acquiring knowledge in a better way.
              1. EXAMPLE: When a teacher does not love what he does, he cannot teach the classes correctly, because it is not something that makes him feel good, causing his classes to be with little information and also that the student does not acquire adequate knowledge.
          2. ABILITY
            1. MEANING: Possession of the means or skill to do something. Talent, skill, or proficiency in a particular area.
              1. Pedagogy allows students to know themselves, discover their strengths and weaknesses. The correct education makes us discover our abilities, how we can take advantage of them and improve them. It makes students love what we are learning and look for more ways to know what I am good or bad without feeling inferior, and in this way discover my skills and improve them.
                1. EXAMPLE: My friend is very good at writing, but I am a good student in mathematics, a correct pedagogy of a teacher, would guide us and enhance our skills.
            2. PRACTICE:
              1. MEANING: the actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as opposed to theories relating to it.
                1. Pedagogy is an art because all art requires time, perseverance, and practice. practice allows us to improve and learn in each attempt, that is, through the correct education we can improve our skills and acquire more knowledge.
                  1. EXAMPLE: If you practice listening every day you will improve your vocabulary, you will be more fluent when speaking and you will have a better pronunciation, correct education allows these practices not to be tiresome.
            3. Pedagogy is a science and a discipline because it includes creativity, organization and requires commitment
              1. ORGANISED
                1. MEANING: Organisation is a planning process where the way in which activities or ideas are hierarchically structured is defined.
                  1. The organisation in pedagogy plays a fundamental role in the field of educational training, as it is a norm for the correct process of teaching and learning and it also helps to carry out activities in a structured way with a timetable that organises time.
                    1. EXAMPLE: For the teacher and student it is necessary to organise the topics and activities of the class in order to teach and learn properly.
                2. CREATIVE
                  1. MEANING: Creativity is defined as the human faculty to generate novel and original responses through the process of comparison and deference.
                    1. Creativity in pedagogy is a very important tool in teacher training since teaching and learning must be very creative with their students in a way that makes it fun to understand and acquire the topics in a better way, finally retain the knowledge of the same
                      1. EXAMPLE: When a teacher teaches classes, he must prepare himself and have different types of creative activities so that his students can include themselves with fun in learning complex topics.
                  2. REQUIRES COMMITMENT
                    1. MEANING: This is used to describe the obligations an individual has as a promise or statement of principle to fulfil a proposed action.
                      1. Commitment in pedagogy is very necessary since it is considered a desirable attribute associated with a sense of professionalism, thus it is defined as the attitude and behavior of people that allows them to make efforts for the great commitment of being responsible that makes a difference in the student learning and outcomes
                        1. EXAMPLE A responsible teacher is one who arrives on time to class, is aware that his students learn and everything that corresponds to him as a professional with an excellent profile suitable for teaching.
