Work Done- Physics
  1. Calculations
    1. Work Done(J)= Force(N) x Distance(M)
      1. J~Joules N~Newtons M~Metres
    2. When an object is moved by a force work is done on the object by the force
      1. Energy transferred = Work done
      2. Example
        1. How much work is done to pull the lorry a distance of 40 m with a force of 2000 N?
          1. Work Done= 2000N x 40m
            1. 80,000
        2. Energy cannot be made or destroyed, only transferred
          1. Energy is measured in Joules.
