PENSAMIENTOS DEPRESIVOS
Aparición de ideas delirantes de ruina, culpa, acusación, minusvalía.
PENSAMIENTOS PARANÓIDES
Referentes a daño, persecución, grandeza, megalomaniacas.
PENSAMIENTOS MANÍACOS
Negación, enormidad
PENSAMIENTOS ESQUIZOFRÉNICOS
Ideas religiosas, místicas, eróticas, mesiánicas.
PENSAMIENTO OBSESIVO
Tendencia a la repetición infinita a pesar del esfuerzo voluntario para desecharlos.
DUDA COMPULSIVA
Se presenta acompañando a la depresión melancólica y a algunos síndromes orgánicos cerebrales como el epiléptico. Constituyen el TOC.
PENSAMIENTO FÓBICO
Ideas que aparejan temores irracionales. Provoca angustia que puede llegar hasta el pánico.
Agorafobia, fobia social, fobias simples.
PENSAMIENTO INHIBIDO O LENTIFICADO
Manifestado como una dificultad en la fluidez. Las asociaciones son escasas.
PENSAMIENTO IDEOFUGAL
Dificultad en la asociación y para pasar de un tema a otro.
PENSAMIENTO PROLIJO
Mengua de la capacidad de síntesis
PENSAMIENTO AUTÍSTICO
El mundo subjetivo se impone sobre el objetivo.
ENAJENACIÓN DEL PENSAMIENTO
Pérdida de la autonomía y las variaciones del pensamiento.
AMBIVALENCIA
Refiere juicios opuestos sobre un mismo sujeto o situación en un mismo momento.
PENSAMIENTO DEMENCIAL
Deterioro del pensamiento que en algún momento fue normal.
NEOLOGISMOS
Formación de nuevas palabras tomando parte de un vocablo con parte de otro.
