Glucose High- Glycogen Phosphorylase Glucose binds to it, causing its tense, inactive form
Why only in the liver? GLUT2 transporters
GLUT2 Glucose Affinity Low, so it's only active when blood glucose is high and its a good time to store it
Why Glucokinase? High glucose Km, so it only functions when blood glucose levels are high
