Rotation Formula : Definition: A turn around a fixed point called the center of rotation. It rotates at a specific angle and direction. Key Word=TURN cw= clockwise & ccw=counter clockwise
Translation Definition: To vertically or horizontally slide a figure. Key Word = SLIDE Formula: (x,y) -> (x+horizontal shift , y+vertical shift)
Reflection Definition: A flip over a line called the line of reflection Key Word= Mirror
Alternate Exterior Angles Definition: Angles that are on the opposite side of your transversal and outside the parallel lines. Ex. ∠3 & ∠6
