" Mountains...river/...moonlit plain/...grasses." Behind the ancestors of Skrzynecki's fancy are epic natural features. These figuratively represent legacies passed down through generations. "Who would be coming next?" this is an enxious time filled with disappointment and frustration at the uncertainty and sense of powerlessness. |
