What is phonation? What components are involved? phonation is the sound that is created by vibration of the vocal folds (aka our voice!) - pharynx, larynx, vocal folds
What is articulation? Manipulation of airflow to create highly precise speech sounds
What are the four building blocks of normal speech? Breath stream, voice, articulation, fluency
