Question Answer
What sparks the rebellion? The animals are unfed, and are hungry, so they break into the shed, and begin eating. Jones realizes what is happening and runs down to punish the animals. However, the animals are fed up of the maltreatment, and so they retaliate and lash out against Jones and his men. Subsequently, the humans are driven out of the farm.
Who spreads the thought of rebellion amongst the animals? Old Major
From when does inequality begin to show? Inequality is present right at the beginning when the pigs sit at the front during old Major's speech. It is hinted that they and the dogs will be treated differently to other animals due to this.
