Simple present tense test

This is my family. In this picture we are [blank_start]decorating[blank_end] the Christmas tree.

[blank_start]There[blank_end] are four of us. That’s my wife, my daughter, my son and me.

My wife [blank_start]has[blank_end] a job near our house. She [blank_start]is[blank_end] a doctor and she [blank_start]works[blank_end] in a hospital. I don’t [blank_start]work[blank_end] in the suburbs, I work downtown.

I [blank_start]am[blank_end] an accountant. Some people think it [blank_start]is[blank_end] a boring job. But, I really [blank_start]like[blank_end] my job.

I don’t [blank_start]drive[blank_end] to work, I [blank_start]use[blank_end] public transportation, but my wife drives our car. She [blank_start]takes[blank_end] the kids to school and she picks them up. Our kids [blank_start]go[blank_end] to school from Monday to Friday. They [blank_start]don’t[blank_end] go to school by bus.

I sometimes work overtime and [blank_start]get[blank_end] home late. My wife sometimes [blank_start]works[blank_end] at night. On Sundays, my wife, my kids and I [blank_start]go[blank_end] to the park. We usually [blank_start]have[blank_end] a picnic and sometimes we [blank_start]play[blank_end] soccer or baseball. The kids love spending time in the park with other kids. I love my family. They [blank_start]are[blank_end] my life.

This is Jessica. She is a teacher, [blank_start]but[blank_end] now she isn't at the school, she is at home. At this moment, she is taking a class online. She [blank_start]usually[blank_end] works from Mondays to Saturdays, but it is Sunday today, [blank_start]so[blank_end] it is time to relax, [blank_start]and[blank_end] so she is drinking a cup of coffee while studying.

Christmas is a special celebration in El Salvador. People usually decorate homes and [blank_start]put[blank_end] the "Nacimiento". The "Nacimiento" [blank_start]is[blank_end] a representation of Baby Jesus birth. Many Families in El Salvador [blank_start]often[blank_end] have parties too. They [blank_start]dance[blank_end] cumbia music. Other [blank_start]go[blank_end] to church and participate in religious services. Children usually [blank_start]receive[blank_end] gifts and [blank_start]eat[blank_end] lots of snacks, candy, and chocolates. [blank_start]Families[blank_end] usually have a special dinner together to commemorate Jesus Christ birth.
