Explosive Strength (muscular power)

e.g. Chest press (Maximum 100kg), 60kg -> 80kg, medium repetitions (6-8)

Muscular endurance
Definition: Muscular endurance is the ability of a single muscle or muscle group to work very hard for a limited period of time

e.g. Chest press (Maximum 100kg), 40kg -> 60kg, high repetitions, 10+
