      1. Triglyceride= Chemical name given to fat, formed when 1 fat molecule joins with fatty acids. Produces water & triglyceride. Water is eliminated (condensation)
        1. Chemical Structure- Glycerol has 3 hydroxyl Group. Fatty acid has carboxyl group at end.
