  1. What is a sentence?
    1. A sentence is a set of words that is complete in itself , tipically containing a subject and a predicate, conveying a stament, question, exclamation , or command, and consisting of a main clause and sometimes one or more subordinate clauses
      1. What is the subject and the predicate?
        1. The subject: Is the actor in a sentence and It's about we are talking.
          1. There are different kinds of Subject and some of thems are:
            1. The Complete Subject
              1. INcludes all the words that tell who the subject is or what is about.
              2. Simple Subject
                1. The simple subject is usually a noun or pronoun.
                2. Compound Subject
                  1. A compound subject has two or more simple subjects that share a verb, and they are joined by a conjuction such as "and", "or", or "nor".
              3. The predicate of a sentence is what we say about the subject and this includes all the words that tell what the subject is or does
                1. There are different kinds of predicates and they are:
                  1. Complete Predicate
                    1. It is all the words that telll what the subject is or does
                    2. Simple Predicate
                      1. Is the most important word or words in the complete predicate. It is a verb or a verb phrase.
                        1. the action word in a sentence is called "Verb".Together, the subject and the verb form the core of the sentence
                          1. Verb
                            1. Is the action that the subject develop and there are different kinds of verbs.
                              1. Linking or copulative
                                1. conects a sentence's subject with a noun or an adjective in the predicate
                                2. Transitive
                                  1. verbs that that take Direct Objects
                                  2. Intransitive
                                    1. verds that can't or don't take Direct Object
