  1. Principle 1- Personal data shall be processed fairly and lawfully
    1. Principle 2 - Personal data shall be obtained only for one or more specified and lawful purposes.
      1. Principle 3- Personal data shall be adequate relevant and not excevive in relation to the purpose for wich they are processed.
        1. Principle 4- Personal data shall be accurate and, where necessary kept up to date
          1. Principle 5 - Personal data processed for any purpose shall not be kept longer.
            1. Principle 6 - Personal data shall be processed in accordance with rights of data subject under this Act
              1. Principle 7- Appropaite technical and orgnaztion measures taken
                1. Principle 8- Personal data not be transferred to country outside Europe economic area
