            1. Intellectual virtue of theoria is more important than moral virtue because contemplation is the highest aspect of the soul
              1. Excess and deficiency

                  1. Always different depending on the situation such as if you are in a war compared to if you are not
                  2. Justice has no excess or deficiency
                    1. It applies human values to everything so animals are not seen as things of concern more as objects to be used in anyway that you wish to humans.
