      • Se desprenden de la esencia humana, la razón y la conciencia
   3. INALIENABLES

      • Irrenunciables
   4. INVIOLABLES

      • No pueden ser destruidos
   5. IMPRESCRIPTIBLES

      • No les afecta el tiempo, no tienen fevha de vencimiento
   6. INDIVISIBLES

      • Dependencia recíproca y no puede haber uno mas que otro.
   7. PROGRESIVOS

      • Permite supervisión e incorporación de nuevos derechos
   8. IRREVERSIBLES

      • No puede haber menos derechos, no se pueden revertir
   9. OBLIGATORIOS

      • Tienen fuerza jurídica y vinculante, cumplimiento obligatorio para todos
