How does sulfur dioxide arise? Sulfur dioxide is produced when fuels that contain sulfur compounds burn
What is the effect of sulfur dioxide? Acid rain which erodes statues etc
How do oxides of nitrogen arise? Formed from the heat and pressure found in a car engine
What is the effect of oxides of nitrogen? Acid rain
