SWOT ANALYSIS:

Strengths: There are no close shops in the village that sell a wide range of fruit and vegetables, the fruit and vegetables are sourced from local farms, they also have a strong company awareness locally

Weaknesses: There is only one till and it does not process card payments, orders are taken on scrap pieces of paper and are often lost, there is limited space where the company can operate, staff punctuality is low and they are not paid to work, the staff are made up of the university students

Opportunities: Start selling dairy products, grow the business

Threats: Economy, weather, finance
