Don't re-read texts and chapters. Recall and recite all you remember. Recognizing happens when re reading. Focus on recollection and quiz yourself.

2. Spaced repetition.

Intervals, review an hour later, a day later, a week later.

3. Use sense of smell. Study in room where you'll take the exam. You can take the environment with you. Scent can help with that, must be unique. Pepper mint rosemary.

4. Listen to music

Baroque music it's 60 beats for minute music, alpha state.
