TOKUGAWA SHOGUNATE.
1860-1867
During this period of time, the Tokugawa stablished nationalism. They kept the seclusion policy.
Tokugawa Yoshinobu tried to make Japan improve. Satsuma, Chosu and Tosa clans joined to give him absolute power.
